Welcome to Gavin's Room!!!!
This is his toy chest for now i'm using it for boxes of diapers
I love this piece it's beautiful and we will use it for Gavin's dresser for years to come! We'll use it for a changing table by getting a curved foam changing table for the top. Here's another Picture.. please excuse the finger in the corner!
Here's Gavin's Crib.. Again i love this piece too! This will grow with Gavin why? because it's a lifetime crib.. it goes from this to a toddler bed, then day bed, then a full bed. Pretty cool huh?

I'm so excited for you! Here's some unsolicited advice from one new parent to another:
Stock up on diapers, baby wipes (buy in bulk) and formula NOW. You'll never believe how much a little person will poo in one hour.
Stock up on as many Sleep N' Play outfits that you can. These little outfits are an angel in disguise and easy to slip them in and out of. The ones with zippers are the best for late night changings, but they bunch up around their mouths which freaks me out.
We use Dr. Brown's bottles. They are supposed to reduce the risk of colic.
Buy a Boppy...even better, buy two. It's the only place Camden will sleep for longer than 20 minutes.
Throw out all the books and do whatever it takes to get through the day. Especially for the first six weeks. We are approaching week four and I've already done things I never thought imaginable to just get by. It's survival of the fittest for the first few weeks.
Buy a pacifier. Or, buy stock in a pacifier company if you have to.
When someone offers help, take it.
Make some time for yourself. Even if it's 10 minutes to go get gas for the car...get out of the house.
Put Ryan to work. I'm sure he'll be a great Dad, but he is your tag team partner for all the long nights.
Ask other new moms for advice. I can't tell you how many times I've called Vee about something.
You are gonna do great! Good luck, and let me know if I cna be of any help!
